About Brightness Analyzer
The Brightness Analyzer computes a color's perceived brightness on a 0–255 scale using the classic (R×299 + G×587 + B×114)/1000 weighting.
Rule of thumb: above 128 is "bright" (pair with dark text), below it is "dark" (pair with light text).
