About IBAN Validator
IBAN Validator checks an international bank account number in two steps: the correct length for the country code (e.g. DE = 22, GB = 22, FR = 27) and the mod-97 checksum (ISO 7064) that is the heart of IBAN validation. Spaces are ignored.
Passing validation means the format is correct and there are no typos — not a guarantee that the account actually exists.

How is this validator different from a parser or formatter?
